Salon Policies
To ensure the best experience for every client, and to allow the time, care, and customization that goes into each service, I have a few policies in place.

Booking + Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all extension appointments.
For new colour or blonding clients, a deposit may also be required to reserve your appointment. This will be applied toward your final total.
All extension services are offered as a complete, customized result. Hair is not sold as a standalone retail product, and each set is prepared specifically for your installation.
Because of this, once your hair has been ordered or any customization has begun, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Custom extension hair cannot be returned, reassigned, or repurposed.
Consultations
All extension services require an in-person consultation.
This allows me to assess your natural hair, understand your goals, and create a fully customized plan tailored to you.
Consultations are $50 and will be credited toward your booking if you decide to move forward.
Cancellations + Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments adjusted within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to fill that space.
Adjustments
If you have any concerns with your colour or service, please reach out within 7 days.
I’m always happy to make small adjustments within that timeframe to ensure you’re fully happy with your hair.
After this period, any additional services will be priced accordingly.
Extension Services
All extension installs are fully customized and include both the hair and installation as one complete service.
Each set is tailored to your hair type, density, and desired result. This includes custom blending, bond creation, and placement designed specifically for you.
Longevity and overall performance depend on proper at-home care, maintenance, and lifestyle factors. Guidance and product recommendations will always be provided to support this.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service booked.
For longer appointments, such as extension installs, this may result in needing to move your appointment entirely.
